Lynda.com offers an extensive library of video training tutorials for software of all kinds. For only $25/month you’ll have access to all of their trainings. It’s a great place to learn the basics of WordPress. Even if you hire someone (like me!) to build your WordPress blog or website, you’ll want to know how to update your site’s content yourself. It’s not hard to do but there’s a lot to know and remember. The video tutorials give you everything you need.

Blue Host web hosting service specializes in WordPress and offers the 5-minute WP installation. They have an easy to navigate control panel and superb 24/7 customer service. I’ve had personal experience with at least 5 of their representatives, who were exceptionally helpful. They are available not only for server issues, but will also walk you through your own website set up and configuration with third party platforms and applications. Plus their price can’t be beat.

FreshBooks is a great online service that makes creating and sending estimates, invoicing and billing a breeze. It also provides time tracking that automatically calculates the time spent on a project and the billable amount. It has saved me so much time and hassle.
